● The LH-A series is a C-MOS Laser displacement sensor equipped with an organic EL, achieving the highest-grade 0.25um repeatability and 133.3us sampling period in its class.
● We have a lineup of long-distance products with a measuring distance of up to 1,200 mm, and they are widely used for long-distance measurements such as object roll diameter and load detection.
● The organic EL display and IO-Link support make this a cost-effective Displacement Sensor that meets the need for high-precision discrimination.
※ Repeatability is 1μm among Laser Displacement Sensors.

The LH - A series laser displacement sensors by XAORI Technology are high - end sensing devices that stand out in precision measurement.
Long - range and High - precision: They achieve an industry - leading maximum measurement range of up to 1,200mm, with a remarkable repeatability of 0.25μm. The sampling period is 133.3μs, enabling fast and accurate measurements.
Visualization with OLED Display: The built - in organic EL display not only shows measurement values but also allows users to visualize the received light waveform. This feature helps in confirming the amount of received light, installation angle, and detecting and eliminating external light interference.
Multilingual and Informative Interface: The display supports seven languages, including Japanese. It can show relative values, analog values, and profile graphs, and also provides information on the sensor's internal temperature and total operating time for better monitoring and safety.
These sensors are widely used in various fields. They are excellent for tasks such as height detection of installed components, inspection of electronic components for presence or weight, leak - proof inspection of packaged food, and detection of battery terminal protrusion.
Available in multiple models with different measurement center points and ranges. They support both SIO mode (with NPN or PNP output options) and IO - Link mode. The sensors operate on DC18 - 24V power supply and have clear input/output circuit diagrams for easy integration into different systems. With their robust design and flexible connectivity options, the LH - A series sensors are ideal for applications demanding high - precision distance and displacement measurements.

By monitoring the waveform of the received light, the amount of received light and the installation Angle can be confirmed. In addition, even if there is unnecessary external interfering light, this part can be shielded and the measurement can be carried out without being affected by it.

※ As a built-in function of the sensor body in the Laser displacement sensor.
Because the measurement range of traditional Displacement Sensors is relatively short, when they are applied to the measurement of a large number of items to be measured, the installation height of the displacement sensor must be readjust whenever different items to be measured are changed. If it is the long-distance measurement model LH-A700, the measurement range is as wide as 700+500mm. Even if different types of measured items are changed, there is no need to adjust the installation height of the displacement sensor.

Unless otherwise specified, the following measurement conditions shall be used for measurement. Ambient temperature :25℃(normal temperature), power supply voltage :DC24V, sampling period :200us, moving average times :4, median filter :31, measurement center distance, standard subject to test (white ceramic). In addition, the sensor is fixed and measured with an aluminum fixture.
※1. According to the provisions of FDA Laser N otice No.56, classification is carried out in accordance with the standard of IEC60825-1:2014.
※2. Measure the distance from the center to the center intensity by 1/e²(13.5%). In addition to the specified spot size, there is also light leakage. If there are objects with high reflectivity around the detection distance, it may be affected by them.
※3. The minimum size that can be discriminated when the distance between the sensor and the target changes step by step (with an average of 512 sampling times).
※4. The peak to peak values of the measured values when measured in a stationary state (with an average of 512 sampling times).
※5. In the initial state, it is set to 200μs.
※6. A representative example of measuring by fixing the sensor and the object to be measured (white ceramic) on an aluminum fixture. The distance of the object being measured is the distance of the measurement center.
※7.Q2 is set to analog output (current), which is the value when it is in an unmeasurable state (current output is 21mA).
※8. In the initial state, it has been set to analog current output.
※9. In the initial state, it has been set to laser off.
