The LB - A series Laser Displacement Sensors by XAORI Technology are high - precision devices designed for accurate distance measurement.
High Precision: With a repeat accuracy of 70μm, these sensors offer reliable and consistent measurements. They feature a high - precision micro laser, ensuring accurate detection even in challenging applications.
Optimal Measurement Range: The measuring center distance is 100mm, with a detection range of ±35mm, making them suitable for a variety of measurement tasks.
Compact and Flexible: Their small size and small spot make them easy to install and use in confined spaces. They support multiple detection modes, providing flexibility for different measurement requirements.
Power Supply: Operates on 12 - 24V DC ±10%, with a current consumption of less than 60mA (12VDC).
Output Options: Provide NPN and PNP output types, along with analog voltage output. The output has short - circuit protection and can be switched between ON - is - light and ON - is - non - light modes.
Environmental Resistance: Can work in an ambient temperature range of -10°C to +45°C (no freezing) and an ambient humidity of 35% - 85%RH. It has a protection grade of IP60, suitable for various industrial environments.
Installation is straightforward, requiring M3 screws (not included) with a tightening torque of 0.3N·m. Clear installation instructions are provided to ensure proper setup, especially when dealing with moving objects, objects with material and color differences, rotating objects, or measurements in narrow spaces. These guidelines help minimize measurement errors and ensure accurate and reliable results.

• During measurement, ifthe material and color of the movingmeasurement object are extremely different, install it in the direction shownin the following figure, so as to control the measurement error to a minimum.

<The rotating object is measured>
• When measuring the rotating object, install it in thedirection shown in the figure below to suppress the effect of up and downvibration and position deviation of the object.

<In the case of a segmentdifference>
• Ifthere is a segment difference in the moving measurement object, install it according to the method shown in the following figure, so as to suppress the influence of the segment difference edge .

<Measurements are made in narrow Spaces and depressions>
• In the case of measurement in a narrow place or hole.
